Q?Can I access the roof?

Roof access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Q?Can I recycle my ink cartridges anywhere nearby?

Yes, there is an ink cartridge drop off that is picked up and donated to Blue Skies for Children, a local non-profit that serves children ages 6-15.

Q?Where is the closest UPS or FedEx drop off?

A UPS and FedEx drop box is located on the first floor of the Bellingham Towers, offering daily pick ups at 4:30 p.m.

Q?Is there a conference room available?

Yes, there is a conference room available to anyone interested, with a discounted rate for tenants. We have rates ranging from hourly to daily. Please contact our reception desk for reserving the room 360 647-1916.

Q?What local discounts are available for tenants?

There are certain discounts to tenants in the Bellingham Towers with businesses in the Towers and with local services in the area.

Q?What kind of security monitors the building?

The building is locked to public after 7pm during weekdays. Saturdays the doors are unlocked until 6pm and locked all day on Sundays. Key access to tenants 24/7. Security cameras are mounted inside and out of the Towers building.

Q?Can I sublet and share my space?

You are allowed to sublet to one other business. They must provide their own proof of business insurance.

Q?What parking options do I have for downtown Bellingham?

The Bellingham Towers has a number of different parking options available, including bicycle parking. Hourly and daily rates are available in our South Parking Lot starting a $1, along with monthly parking starting at $65/month (parking options range from assigned outdoor parking spaces to garaged parking spaces, depending on availability). Metered parking is $1 per hour with a limit of 2 hours.

Q?What type of lease agreements are offered?
